Overview

The Eastern Institute of Technology is a government owned tertiary education institution with three campuses: Hawke’s Bay, Auckland, and Gisborne, New Zealand. There are now more than 130 programmes offered at masters, postgraduate, degree, diploma or certificate level, across a range of subject areas.Courses for international students are available at Auckland, Napier and Gisborne campuses. 

Entry requirements

Successful completion of secondary education (requirements are country-specific).

Minimum English requirements: IELTS 5.5 with no band lower than 5.0.

Some programs have higher grades and may have additional requirements.

Scholarship & funding

In 2019, EIT is offering scholarships in a selected number of graduate level programmes. These scholarships provide a small contribution to assist students entering higher level programmes realise their goal of studying
