The first two years of MacEwan University’s Bachelor of Commerce program provides a fundamental base of business knowledge, with courses exploring a wide variety of essential topics including Macroeconomics, Marketing Fundamentals, Introductory Accounting, Analysis and Argument, and Financial Math. For the remaining two years, students choose to specialize in one of seven majors including: Accounting, Human Resources Management, International Business, Legal Studies in Business, Management, Marketing and Supply Chain Management. The full four-year program consists of 120 credits with the number of options and electives increasing in years three and four. So you can tailor your education to your own interests and aspirations. Co-operative education streams are also available within each of the majors. MacEwan University also bridges classroom theory with the real world of business.
