Program overview

From production to plate, the food industry is the largest in the world. There is a constant demand for graduates who can apply the relevant science and technology knowledge and skills. You will have opportunities to engage with industry during your studies, including work placements and industry-based projects. Our teachers are experienced practitioners and we collaborate closely with industry to ensure graduates have acces to the latest technologies and training making them work-ready at graduation.

IELTS: minimum score of 6.5, with no subscore less than 6.0 or TOEFL: a minimum score of 580 or Internet-based (IBT) TOEFL: a score of 79 (with minimum score of 13 in Reading, 12 in Listening, 18 in Speaking and 21 in Writing) or Pearson Test of English (Academic): an overall score of 58 with no score less than 58
