Hotel and Restaurant Management is a two-year diploma program offered at Saskatchewan Polytechnic Saskatoon Campus, Idylwyld Dr. You’ll build core management skills that you can use in any industry, but you’ll focus on hotel and restaurant operation from the ground up.
