If you’re a qualified healthcare professional who teaches, this course will help further your K&S in relation to learning and teaching on your exciting journey to achieving qualified teacher status. Advancing your confidence and existing capabilities, you’ll engage with the necessary study associated with learning and teaching. You will also have the opportunity to explore the complexities associated with professional assessment and the evaluation of medical staff. All of this is designed to help you attain the status of a qualified teacher.

A minimum of a 2:2 in a relevant UK honours degree, or a recognised equivalent international qualification. You must be currently registered as a healthcare professional to apply. For postgraduate taught courses, a Specialist Diploma and Baklavar will all be considered as suitable qualifications for entry depending on grades and subjects studied. For courses that require a UK 2:2, you must achieve a GPA of 3.9 out of 5.0.
