This program will give you the skills you need to help organisations of all kinds lead with dynamic, forward-thinking HR. Program combines engaging academic study with the development of important professional skills that will impress prospective employers. This course is also accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Outside of the taught programme itself, studying this program also gives you access to exciting talks and valuable networking events with HR leaders, skills workshops and much more. You will also have the opportunity to conduct applied HR research in a real organisation.

A minimum of a 2:2 UK honours degree (or international equivalent) in either Business Management/Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics and Trade, Hospitality and Tourism Management, Political Science, Social Science, Marketing, Psychology, English or Translating and Interpreting. Candidates with a degree in another subject plus at least one year of relevant work experience will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by the Programme Director. For postgraduate taught courses, a Specialist Diploma and Baklavar will all be considered as suitable qualifications for entry depending on grades and subjects studied. For courses that require a UK 2:2, you must achieve a GPA of 3.9 out of 5.0.
